Details of the first programme in the Leeds and Sheffield University Leeds Lieder Schubert series were announced today.
14 October 2017 (Leeds)and 15th October (Sheffield) Nika Gorič (soprano), James Newby (baritone) Joseph Middleton (piano)
A Soprano and Baritone Schubertiade will include Mignon Lieder,Gretchen Lieder from Wilhelm Meisters Lehrjahre, and a selection of Goethe settings from 1815-1822.
