Classical Music has published a feature on The Leeds Songbook – a new project with aim to create a compendium of musical portraits of Leeds residents – which is the focal point of this year’s Composers & Poets Forum at the 2023 Leeds Lieder Festival. Written by Florence Lockheart, the article includes perspectives from Director Joseph Middleton as well as organisers Hannah Stone and Martin Iddon, and participants Adrian Salmon and Niki Zohdi.
