Between Heaven & Earth: Songs inspired by biblical texts and folk poetry, encompassing all aspects of human existence from the desire for the eternal to the small joys in life, performed by students from the Royal Academy of Music.

An establish Leeds Lieder favourite, Ian Bostridge, returns to Leeds for a one-off recital with Joseph Middleton as the pair perform an all-Schubert programme.

The concert is the first of a European Tour that will see the trio perform at Wigmore Hall, Vienna Musikverein, Frankfurt Opera, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, Barcelona and Cambridge. 

Making her welcome return to the Leeds Lieder concert platform, Dame Sarah Connolly is joined by pianist Joseph Middleton to perform an eclectic mix of songs by Britten, Barber, Debussy, Wolf, Duparc and Schumann.
